Yvonne Simmons Forrest, age 80, of Helena, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2015, at Serenity Place in Dublin.

Yvonne, was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Forrest; parents, Thomas Franklin and Fannie Spoon Simmons; 4 brothers, T.F. Simmons, Lavaine Simmons ,Waymon Simmons, Wymon Simmons; 1 sister, Alda Giddens. ; 2 nephews, Randy Simmons and Rondald Giddens; 1 Great Grandson, Michael Bennett.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 9, 2015, in the Chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in the Helena City Cemetery.

The Rev. Troy Maddox will officiate and Rusty Bell will speak.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Sunday, November 8 at the funeral home.
