Winnfred Pollard, 77, of Helena, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015, in Lumber City.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George Arthur and Myrtle Nellie Livingston Pollard.

Winnfred was a member of Helena Baptist Church and had retired from Amercord. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, September 18 at the funeral home.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 19 at the Helena Baptist Church and interment will follow in the Telfair Memorial Gardens.

The Rev. Jeff Tinsley and the Rev. Josh Wooten will officiate.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Pollard of Helena; brother, Darryle Pollard of Odom; several nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, Roy (Connell) Hulett of Macon.
