William Ramer Outlaw, 71, of Helena, died on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Ruth Manning Outlaw. He was born in Ozark, Alabama and had lived in Helena for many years.

William was a Veteran, having served in the United States Air Force.

Survivors include his wife, Hazel Outlaw of Helena; 4 children, Joy Outlaw of Lumber City, Linsey Outlaw of Lumber City, Micah Wooten of Helena and Jared Wooten of Helena; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.

Services will be held at a later date.
