William Jeff Dykes, 72, of Helena died on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, in Shamrock Nursing & Rehab, Dublin.

Jeff was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Yawn Dykes; his parents, William Berry Dykes and Fannie Mae David Dykes.

He was a member of Zion Hope Baptist Church, retired truck driver and was an Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam Era.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 21st in the chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home and interment will follow in the Zion Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with Military Honors.

The Rev. Jim Fennell and the Rev. Jody Yancey will officiate.

Survivors include his 2 daughters, Donna (Mike) Little of Rhine, Crystal (Ted) Brown of Helena; 3 grandchildren, Will Yancey of Rhine, Kensley Little of Rhine, Cameron Daniel of Helena; 1 brother, Johnny (Elene) Dykes of Helena; 2 sisters, Betty Jean Cruz of Warner Robins, Deborah Barfield of Warner Robins.

The family will receive friends from 6:00P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Friday, September 20th in the funeral home.
