William Joseph "Joe" Bowman

William Joseph "Joe" Bowman, 42, of McRae, died on Tuesday, September 20, 2016, at his residence.

Joe was married to Sandy Synee Brown Bowman and was the son of the late William Charles and Bobbie Lee Branch Bowman. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church and had worked at Husqvarna.

He was born in Temple, Texas, but had lived in this area for many years.

Graveside services will be held at 5:00 P.M., Monday, September 26 in the Alamo City Cemetery.

The Rev. Robert Rosier will officiate.

Survivors include his wife, Sandy Bowman of McRae; 6 children, Taylor age 15, Payton age 11, Donny age 10 C.J. age 8, Anna age 7 and J.P. age 4; brothers and sister, Amanda King of Alamo, Michael (Abby) MacLean of Alamo and Gary Bowman of Alamo; 3 nieces and nephews.

The family will greet friends from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M., Sunday, September 25 at Lowe's Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations be made to Lowe's Funeral Home.
