William "Bill" Jackson Holland, 74, of McRae, died on Monday, July 22, 2019 at his residence.

Bill was a member of Southside Baptist Church and retired from Husqvarna.

He is preceded in death his granddaughter Chelsea Batchelor; and his parents, Maggie Inez Bowen Holland and Samuel Enoch Holland.

Services will be held at Southside Baptist Church on Friday, July 26, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. with interment following in the Telfair Memorial Gardens.

The Rev. Darren Talley, the Rev. Mike Deloach, and the Rev. Roswell Chapman will be officiating.

Survivors include his wife, Madgeline Holland of McRae; children, Phyllis (Cliff) Long of Lumber City, Melinda (Glenn) Batchelor of McRae, Wendy (Morgan) Yawn of Lumber City, Eric (Karen) Holland of Alamo; 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Sam (Daphene) Holland of Lumber City, Don (Charlene) Holland of McRae, Kenneth (Sheila) Holland of Moncure, NC; several nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 25th in the Chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home.
