Timothy Lee McEntyre, 73, a cherished father, and a veteran, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at McRae Manor Nursing Home in McRae, Georgia. He was born on Thursday, January 10, 1952, in Moultrie, Georgia, to the late Sammie Lee McEntyre and Allie Pearl Freeman McEntyre.

He is survived by his loving children, Dustin McEntyre (Shirley) of Townville, South Carolina, and Samantha Chavez of Eastman, Georgia.

A proud veteran, Timothy served his country with honor as a Communication Specialist in the Marine Corps. After his military service, he transitioned to civilian life and found his calling as a saw grinder at Quality Saw for 20 years.

His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him, and his memory will be cherished forever.

Mr. McEntyre was memorialized by cremation. Private services will be held by the family.
