Thomas Eugene Wells, 80, of Alamo, died on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 in the Fairview Park Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Sue Taylor Wells; parents, John Avery Wells and Bertha Mae Cannon Wells; sisters, Elizabeth (Dub) Cross and Minnie (Randy) Hickman.

He faithfully worked as a service man for 26 years with Coca Cola before retiring. Thomas was a member of El Bethel Baptist Church; also served in the Army Reserve for 6 years.

The service will be private.

Survivors include 2 children, Curtis (Donna) Wells of Alamo, Sue Ellen Wells of Alamo; 3 grandchildren, Brittany (Gavin) Malott of Amelia, Ohio, Paige Malott of Savannah, Matt Wells of Alamo; 2 great-grandchildren, Eva Wright and Eliza Wright of Amelia, Ohio; 1 brother, Robert (Sherry) Wells of Scotland; 1 sister, Susie (Butch) Newton of Brunswick,
