Peggy Steele Chandler

Peggy Steele Chandler, 91, of McRae, died on Monday, August 24th, 2020 in the Community Hospice in Vidalia.

Peggy was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Harold Chandler; her parents; parents, Hubert Arch Steele and Thelma Steele and a daughter, Cheryl Rebecca Woodall.

Private Graveside services were held on Thursday, August 27th, 2020 in the Midway Church Cemetery. The Rev. Aubrey Abbott officiated.

Survivors include a daughter, Lynn Chandler of McRae; son, Scott (June) Chandler of Eastman; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
