Nolen Leon Redmon, Jr., 56 died Wednesday, November 29, 2023 in Alamo, Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nolen Leon Redmon, Sr. of Whitwell TN and Peggy Sue Redmon of Hampton, Georgia.

He was employed by T.C. Logging. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and was also a fan of Nascar Racing.

He is survived by his wife Tonya Redmon of McRae-Helena; Daughter- Samantha (Blake) Clark of Glenwood; Son - Wesley Redmon of McRae Helena; Grandchildren – Laylah, Gunner and Hadlee Jo; Sisters – Susan (Keith) McBrayer and Debbie Redmon of Hampton; Brother – Jonathan Redmon of Atlanta; Brother-in-law Mitchell Mills of Orchard Hill; Sister-in-law Belinda (Ed) Cook of McRae Helena;

Nieces and nephews – Laura (Keith) Booth of Canton, Tracy (Adam) Walston of Hampton, Alisha (Benny) Livingston of McRae-Helena, Racquel (Daniel) Price of Williamson and Phillip Cooner of Zephyrhills, Florida; Great nieces and nephews – Reagan, Owen, Kinsley Kate and Brayden of Canton, Gracie, Kyler, Hayden, Holden, Jackson and Myla of McRae-Helena and Brooklyn, Hunter, Makala, Logan of Williamson.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 11 A.M. in the chapel of Lowes Funeral Home. Mr. Mark Lewis will officiate. The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
