Nan Dena Tedders, 77, of Milan died on Monday, October 2, 2017 in the McRae Manor Nursing Home in McRae.

Nan was a member of the Milan Baptist Church and retired from the River Willows Nursing Home in Abbeville as the Dieting Manager.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Kennon Tedders Sr.; her parents, John and Essie Brown Thomas and a brother, John Lee Thomas.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 4th at the Milan Baptist Church with interment to follow in the Milan City Cemetery.

The Rev. Aubrey Corbitt and the Rev. Alvin Lewis will officiate.

Survivors include her 4 children, Kathy (David) Smith of Milan, Lonnie (Deidra) Tedders of Cochran, Hope (Josh) Bunnell of Alamo and Debbie Petrikat of Austin, Texas; 5 grandchildren, Blake Smith, Millie Smith, Kassidee Brantley, Chayce Brantley and Calvin Petrikat; sisters and brother, Elizabeth Jackson of Macon, Ernest (Gail) Thomas of Bollingbrook and Dale Carrell of Statesboro; brother-in-law, Edward Tedders of Milan and sister-in-law, Esther Thomas of McRae.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 3rd at the funeral home.
