Margaret Stewart Hall age 89 of McRae, Georgia died Saturday, April 22, 2017 in the Serenity Place Hospice in Dublin.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in the McRae United Methodist Church with Burial to follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in McRae.

Margaret was born on October 08, 1927 in McRae, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late William Raymond Stewart and Tempie Allen Stewart. She was preceded in death by her husband John Ashley Hall and granddaughter Elizabeth Stokes. Margaret was a retired Postmaster having served as Postmaster in Marshallville, Georgia and Helena, Georgia before retirement. She also worked as a Secretary for R & R Construction Company. She was a member of the McRae United Methodist Church and the Claude Fullington Sunday School Class.

Survivors include Three Daughters , Margaret (Jimmy) Stokes of Orlando, FL, Mary (Mitchell) Smith of Fernandina, FL, Leila(Ronnie) Evans of Helena, GA; Sister-in-Law, Ethel Stewart of Macon, GA, Grandchildren, Chris(Lesli) Evans, Matthew (Nikki) Evans, Ashley Evans, David(Danielle) Stokes, Rhys(Chris) David, Rebecca(Milton) Miles , Meg Smith and Jane Smith. Also 5 great-grandchildren survive.
