Lois McGowan Moon

Lois McGowan Moon, 70 of Scotland, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Meadows Memorial Hospital. She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Ludie W. McGowan.

Ms. Moon was a Licensed Practical Nurse with the McRae Manor Nursing Home.

Ms. Moon is survived by her husband, Terry Moon of Scotland; daughter, Angela Brewer of Texas; Grandson, Nicholas Jackson of Langing, Michigan and brother, Tommy (Gwen) Landen of Stokes, NC.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, from 2 P.M. - 3 P.M in the Chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3 P.M. also in the Chapel. Burial will take place at Scotland City Cemetery. Rev. Ray Harris will officiate.
