Laverne Roberson Foster, 71, of Vidalia, GA, died on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at the Community Hospice House in Vidalia, GA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Jackson Roberson and Estell Smith Roberson. She was born in McRae, GA but resided in Vidalia, GA for many years. She was employed at Honeywell Corp, where she held a Management title.

Survivors include her husband, James Foster of Vidalia; 2 sons, Wade (Melva) Foster of Virginia along with their children, Kelly Cifers and Sarah Lee and Todd Foster of Virginia along with his children, Jessica Bennett, Tamara Benjamin and Michela Hopper; Nephew, Andy (Kaydee) Roberson, Niece, Meredith (Ron) Patel, multiple nieces and nephews, also 6 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Ruenett Brady of Fitzgerald and Lou Radford.

The family will greet friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., at Lowe's Funeral Home on Thursday, March 1, 2018. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 2, 2018 at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.

The Rev. Michael Plowman will officiate.
