Joseph James 'Joey" Rycroft

Joseph James "Joey" Rycroft, 44 of McRae died on Monday, June 14th, 2021 at his residence.

Joey had worked at Gilman Paper in Eastman and was a self employed contractor.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Amanda Rycroft; grandparents, William "Coot" and Alta Mae Rycroft, Rev. Jearl and Frances Fordham.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 17th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home. Lay Minister Norwood Davidson will officiate. The family will receive friends and family one hour prior to the services in the chapel. Interment will be private.

Survivors include his 2 children, Lexie Rycroft of Eastman, Will Rycroft of Eastman; mother, Vickie Darden of Cochran; father, James Rycroft of McRae; 1 sister, April Rycroft of Cochran; 3 nephews, Javin, Jase and Zaylen.
