Johnny Wayne Tribble, 61, of McRae, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at the Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.

Johnny was married to Sandra Brown Tribble. He was a logger, but was known as "The Legend" in dirt track racing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Avis Davis Tribble.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 10 in the chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home and interment will follow in the Helena City Cemetery.

The Rev. Danny Joiner and the Rev. Todd Shearin will officiate.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 9 at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Tribble of McRae; daughter, Karen Hayes of McRae; 4 grandchildren, Blake Warren (Hunter) of Oahu, Hawaii, Alyssa Colson of McRae, Nicholas Watson of Glenwood and Jermey Watson of Glenwood; brother and sisters, Pat Cravey of Alamo, Janice (Sissy) Browning of McRae, Dale Selph of Helena, Freddy (Sharon) Tribble of Alamo and Kay Arnold of Helena.
