Jimmy Ray Yancey,58, of Rhine passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 16 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Rhine. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 15 at the funeral home. The Rev. Bobby Joe Ryals will officiate.

Mr. Yancey was the son of Mary Lois Hart Yancey of Rhine and the late Leonard (Todd) Yancey. He was a farmer and a truck driver.

Survivors include his mother, Mary Lois Yancey of Rhine; 2 children, Tonya Thompson of Eastman and Kevin (Stacey) Yancey of Eastman; 4 grandchildren, Daniel Thompson, Dalton Thompson, Deanna Yancey and Courtney Yancey; 2 sisters, Ann (Grady) Yawn of Chauncey and Deb (Don) McDuffie of McRae; 1 brother, Tony (Cindy) Yancey of Rhine; several nieces and nephews.
