Jessie Dave Holmes

Jessie Dave Holmes, 69, went to be with the Lord on December 10, 2021. He was born March 30, 1952 in McRae, Georgia to the late Felton and Madge Holmes.

Dave served in the US Navy and a variety of other roles; pastor, youth leader, and insurance sales. Dave will be missed by his family; son, Jonathan (Jennifer); daughter Rebekah (Daniel) Langdon; 4 grandchildren, Ava, Riley, Ruby and Emma. Dave had numerous cousins and extended family that he will be missed by.

Dave was laid to rest at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Milledgeville (2617 Vinson Highway, Milledgeville, GA 31061). Due to COVID restrictions a public funeral and service is not planned at this time. Friends and loved ones are encouraged to visit and pay their respects.
