James David Hinson

February 22, 1962 - October 2, 2021

On Saturday, October 2, 2021, David looked into the eyes of Jesus. He was joined there by his parents, A.W. and Joyce Hinson.

As he journeyed through this life, David served the Lord faithfully and joyfully with his New Hope Baptist Church family. He counted among his most treasured blessings, his family and his farm.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory Tammy Crawford Hinson, his wife of 39 years. He also leaves to follow in his footprints a son, Johnathon David (Tina) Hinson and a daughter, Tiffani Brooke Hinson. Three grand children; Emily Paige Hinson, Halie M. Taylor and Cassie L. Taylor, one granddog Shadow and a beautiful herd of goats. Brother Wayne (Cindy) Hinson and sister Donna (Ed) White. Nieces and nephews also survive.

David was the manager of Farmers Home Furniture of McRae.

A living visitation has been held over the past three years. Every visit, card, prayer, word of encouragement, and gift of kindness always brought a smile to his face and put a nugget in his heart.

Burial will be private.
