Jacqulyn Teresa Marchant Long, 96, passed away Friday, October 13, 2023 in the Dodge County Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Tyrus Long Sr., Parents John Marchant and Mollie Benton Marchant, a daughter Gloria Owens and a grandson Parks Owens. She was a retired Beautician and a member of the Milan Baptist Church.

Jacqulyn is survived by a son Tyrus Long of Milan; Grandchildren Lori (Roger) Elliott of Beaufort, S.C., Shelli (Chip) Mann of Eastman, Brandy (Keith) Pollette of St. Simons and Russ (Connie) Long of Milan; Great-Grandchilden Cole Elliott, Parks Elliott, Molli Mann, Graci Mann, Jay Pollette, Julia Pollette, Cross Long and Carlie Ann Long.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 17, 2023 in the chapel of Lowes Funeral Home with Lay Minister Norwood Davidson and Rev Robert Jacobs officiating with burial in the Milan City Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to a Church or Organization of your choice.
