Jacquelyn (Jackie) Register McGowan Darden, 75, of Helena died on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at her residence.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, Stacey Register and Annie Mae Roberson Register.

She worked at McRae Manor as a Nurse for many years.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at the McRae Presbyterian Church. The Lay Minister Norwood Davidson will officiate.

The family will receive friends one hour prior the services at the church.

Survivors include her 4 children, Anthony Troy McGowan of McRae, Byron Stacey McGowan of Alamo, Samantha M. Clements of Temple Terrance, Florida, Heather Leah McGowan of Milledgeville; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Billy Register of Fitzgerald, Benny Register of Helena; 1 sister, Judy Caldwell of Jacksonville; several nieces and nephews also survive.
