Inez Bowen Holland of Lumber City passed away Monday, August 21, 2017. She was born October 19, 1927 in Jacksonville, GA. She was a member of Mt. Galilee Baptist Church. She worked at Roydon Wear in McRae for many years and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, SE (Buddy) Holland; her parents, Walter and Kate Bowen, and a sister, Eula Bowen Wells. Her survivors include: Four Sons; Bill Holland (Madgeline) of McRae, Sam Holland (Daphene) of Lumber City, Don Holland (Charlene) of McRae, and Kenneth Holland (Sheila) of Moncure, NC; 13 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Mildred Carter of Suffork, VA and Linda (Doyle) Yawn of Jacksonville; and many other friends and family. She was loved by all who knew her and she will be greatly missed!

Services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, August 26 in the chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home and interment will follow in Telfair Memorial Gardens.

The Rev. Chuck Morgan and the Rev. Woody Woodfin will officiate.

The family will greet friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Friday, August 25 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the American Cancer Society.
