Inez Fulford Ashley

Inez Fulford Ashley, 98, of McRae, died on Thursday, July 15th, 2021 at the McRae Manor Nursing Home in McRae.

Inez worked at Ross & Smith for years and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Andrew "Ander" Brown and Leon Ashley; children, Deborah Johnson, Betty Stanley, Sammy Brown; grandchildren, Jennifer Brown, Chris Brown, Marty Staley; parents, James "Jim" Fulford and Maggie Cravey Fulford.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 18th, 2021 in the chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home with interment followed in the Scotland Cemetery. The Rev. Mike Smith will officiate.

Survivors include her son, Charles Brown of Lake City, Florida; grandchildren, Heath Brown of Milan, Sammy (Scarlet) Brown Jr. of Helena, Tammy (Brian) Cason of McRae, Shelby Stanley of Milan, Andy (Chessie) Stanley of Milan; 10 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Jimmy Williams of McRae; 1 sister, Gracey Williams of McRae.
