Henry "Hank" Locke Copeland, 53, of Dublin, Georgia, died on Friday, October 11, 2024 at his residence in Dublin, Georgia. He was born on Saturday, March 20, 1971, in McRae, Georgia, to Don and Connie Copeland.
Hank graduated from Dublin High School and later graduated from Aviation Mechanic Program of Eastman. He dedicated many years of service to the Department of Public Safety. He enlisted in the U.S Army at the age of 18 and served 17 years in the military. He served in Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom, Republic of Georgia and Afghanistan.
Hank is survived by his Wife - Angela Copeland of Dublin; Children - Nathan and Ashlynn Copeland of Dublin, both of whom are currently attending Georgia Southern University; Elizabeth Green of Bartow and Nicholas Reddish (Karlee) of Dublin; Grandson - Elias Reddish of Dublin; Parents - Don and Connie Brown Copeland of Dublin; Sister - Amy Lowery (Clay) of Eatonton; Nieces - Hannah Lowery and Gracie Lowery of Eatonton.
His love for his family was paralleled only by his love for his beloved pets, Dixie and Bonnie, who were constant companions and brought him immeasurable happiness.
As we say goodbye to Henry Locke Copeland, we celebrate the beautiful life he lived and the countless ways he enriched the lives of others. His spirit will continue to inspire and guide us, and his memory will forever be etched in our hearts.
The family will receive friends at Lowes Funeral Home on Saturday, October 19 from 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM. Graveside services will be held at Milan City Cemetery on Saturday, October 19 at 4:00 PM. Rev. Joey Young will officiate.
