Helen Scarborough Walker

Helen Scarborough Walker, 95, of McRae was called to her heavenly home on Thursday, August 13th, 2020. She was a member of Antioch 2 Baptist Church in Milan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Walker; son, Jerrel Walker; granddaughter, Sherri Walker; her parents, Matthew Edward and Laura Frances (Brack) Scarborough.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 15th at the Antioch 2 Baptist Cemetery in Milan. The Rev. Jack Stafford and wife, Patty and Rev. Stacey Stone will be officiating.

She was a longtime resident of Telfair County and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include 2 sons, Kenneth (Patsy) Walker of Helena and Gary (Sandy) Walker of Eatonton; 2 daughters, Jennifer (Chris) Yawn of Forsyth and Robin Walker of McRae; 6 grandchildren: Ginger (Darrell) Jones, Scott (Kelli) Walker, Brandon Walker, Kristi (Claud) Bellamy, Allison (Stacy) Bryant, Megan (Mike) Glisson; 10 great-grandchildren: Ben Adams, Kari (Jason) Cravey, Hunter (Ashley) Adam, Kryste (Shane) Futral, Cody (Shelby) Walker, McKenzie Walker, Dalton (Michaela) Walker, Aubree Walker, Huxley Bryant and Lively Glisson; 8 great-great-grandchildren: Kallie Adams, Kaden Adams, Brittnie Adams, Katlyn Cravey, Jacie Grace Cravey, Bradley Futral, Kaidence Futral and Kynleigh Futral.
