Services for Helen Louise Roberson Vaughn of Milan will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, August 21, 2013 in the chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Friendship Church Cemetery. The Rev. Hugh Crowe will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM until the time of the service on Wednesday.

Mrs. Vaughn, age 63, passed away Sunday, August 18, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Eddie Mack and Evelyn Hart Roberson and the widow of Paul A. Vaughn Jr.

She was a member of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ and had worked with the Telfair County School System.

Survivors include her children, Janice (Russell) Garlow of Screven and James Vaughn of Jacksonville, GA; 3 grandchildren, Heather Lynn (Ryan) Christian of Jesup, Russ (Amanda) Garlow of Nashville, Tenn and Katrina Garlow of Alpharetta; 5 brothers and sisters, Grady (Sally) Roberson of Eastman, Elmer (Peggy) Roberson of Milan, Kenny Roberson of Pearson, Debra Webster of Summerville and Martha (Eddie) Wilkes of Cochran; brother-in-law, Farris Jones of Cochran.
