Georgia Mae LaFavor, 96, of Kathleen, passed away Monday, November 20, 2023 at the Oaks Nursing Home. She is preceded in death by her husband, Waymon Samford LaFavor, her husband, Jerry Davis and her parents, George Washington Yawn and Lola Scarborough.

Ms. LaFavor was a retired nurse at the Dodge County Hospital.

Ms. LaFavor is survived by her nephews, Gary (Donna)Hickman of McRae Samuel G. (Barbara)Gardner of Kathleen.

A graveside service will take place on Friday, November 24, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at the Chauncey City Cemetery. Pastor B.L. Horne will officiate.
