Eva Loretta Little, age 79, of McRae-Helena, Georgia, passed away on April 10, 2026, at her residence in McRae, Georgia.

Funeral Services will be held at the Chapel of Lowes Funeral Home on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 3:00 with Rev. Jim Fennell officiating, assisted by Keith Mullis. Interment will follow at Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be at the Chapel one hour prior to the service from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM.

Loretta was born on December 22, 1946, in McRae, Georgia, and lived a life marked by devotion to her family, her faith, and the many people whose lives she touched with her kindness and steady presence. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend who found joy in caring for others and in the simple blessings of each day.

Loretta was a member of Zion Hope Baptist Church, where her faith was an important part of her life. She also worked as a dietician at Southern Charm, where she served others with care and dedication. Her work reflected the same compassion and thoughtfulness that she showed in every part of her life. Those who knew her will remember her as someone who gave of herself freely and who made others feel welcomed, valued, and loved.

She is survived by her daughter, Phillis Cravey (Mark) of Helena; her step-children, Barbara Morrow (Randy) of Milledgeville, Sam Little (Amy) of Rhine, Mike Little (Donna) of Rhine, Lynn Little (Kim) of Rhine, Eddie Little, Jr. (Helen) of Rhine, and Penny Little of Eastman; her grandchildren, Cheyenne Little (Tyler) of Helena, Harley Gatlin (Glen) of Milan, Haley Adams (Alex) of Helena, Kensley Little of Rhine, Tommy Little of McRae, Logan Little of Rhine, Maggie Mae Little of Rhine, and Rachel Selph (Andy) of Helena; and her great-grandchildren, Peyton, Presley, Eva Lynn, Sadie, Griffin, Greyson, Riley, Laylon Abbi, Sophie, and Jenson. She is also survived by her sister, Brenda Spires (Roy) of Towns; her brother, Joe Yawn (Betty) of Chauncey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Loretta was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Little, Sr.; her grandson, Kyle Hilliard; her siblings, Margaret Dykes and Jeff Dykes; and her parents, Ralph and Maude Yawn.

Eva Loretta Little will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for her faith, her devotion to family, and the grace with which she lived her life.
