Eric Richardson Gerrish

Eric Richardson Gerrish, 56, of Helena, died on Tuesday, June 29th, 2021 in the Landmark Hospital in Savannah, Georgia.

Eric was born in Greenbelt, Maryland, but had lived in this area for many years. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Richardson Gerrish.

He was a Spanish Teacher with the Toombs County High School before retiring. He was loved and admired by all of his friends.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 1st, 2021 in the Alamo City Cemetery. The Rev. L. S. Seabolt will officiate.

Survivors include his mother, Nina M. Gerrish of Helena; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends also survive.
