Elaine Varnadoe Williams, 66, of Eastman, died on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in the Dodge County Hospital, Eastman.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence L. Varnadoe and Susie Webster Varnadoe; grandson, Mitchell Austin Jeffries and her husband, Danny C. Smith Sr.

She was a member of Fishing Creek Baptist Church and was a LPN with the Visiting Nurses Association of Telfair County.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, September 14th in the chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home and interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery in Lumber City.

The Rev. Todd Crosby and Mr. Craig Wilcox will officiate.

Survivors include her children, Molly Neal Jeffries of Rhine, Danny (Diana) Smith of McRae, Jody (Cassie) Neal of Vidalia; father, Malcolm (Jessie Mae) Varnadoe of Lumber City; sisters, Yvonne Ertzberger of Lumber City, Rhonda (Carl) Taylor of Hazlehurst, Susan (Tommy) Webster of Lumber City; brothers, Mike (Dawn) Varnadoe of Lumber City and Derrick Varnadoe of Lumber City; grandchildren, Drew Jeffries, Holly Smith, Reese Neal, Emma Neal; 3 great-grandchildren, Hayden, Reagan, Tayte and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Wednesday, September 13th at Lowe's Funeral Home.
