Edwin Leon White, 85, of Cedar Grove, Georgia passed away February 12, 2024 at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin.

Mr. White was born in Dublin, Georgia on January 27, 1939. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lorene White, his parents, Dewey White and Lessie Mae Johnson White and his brothers, Donald White and Thadys White.

He was employed by the Department of Transportation for 33 years before retiring. He attended Oakdale Baptist Church.

He is survived by his children, Cindy (David) Yawn of McRae, Jeff White of Cedar Grove and Dana White of Cedar Grove; grandchildren, Ashley (Matt) Briley, Colby Yawn, Kaylee White, Josh (Kristen) White and Jay (Brittany) White; great-grandchildren, Colton White, Grayson Briley, Preslee Briley and Linkoln Daniel White; sisters, Diane (Wayne) Davis of Dublin and Kathy Lord of Dublin.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at the Cedar Grove Methodist Church Cemetery in Cedar Grove. Rev. Scott Davidson will be officiating.
