Dora Lucille Clark Howard, 87, of Helena, died on Monday, July 31, 2017 at Community Hospice in Vidalia.

Lucille was married to Richard Howard of Helena and was the daughter of the late Lawton and Dora Yeomans Clark.

She was a member of the Helena Baptist Church and was a housewife.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, August 5th in the chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home and burial will follow in the Helena City Cemetery.

The Rev. Alvin Lewis will officiate.

Jimmy McLaughlin, Mathis Bowen, Gary Anderson, Greg Young, Joe Elton and Bill Cameron will serve as pallbearers.

Survivors include her husband, Richard Howard of Helena; 1 son, Ronnie Howard (Fran Howard) of Midway; 1 daughter, Linda Kay Piper of Rockmart; 2 grandchildren, Richie Howard of Glenwood and Kelly (Jeremiah) Lowe of Douglas.

The family will greet friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Friday, August 4th at the funeral home.
