Cynthia Amerson Roberson, age 64, of Macon, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016, at the Medical Center of Central Georgia, Macon.

She had retired from the Walthall Oil Company in Macon.

Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 17 and services will follow at 1:00 P.M., in the chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Central Grove Church Cemetery, McRae.

The Rev. Charles Carter will officiate.

Mrs. Roberson, was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry H. Roberson; parents, Roy T. and Edith Addleton Amerson and a sister, Annette Hitchcock.

Survivors include 1 son, Ted Ruggenberg of McRae; 1 grandson, Nicholas Ruggenberg of McRae; 1 sister, Mary Jane McCoy of Warner Robins; daughter-in-law, Leslie Ruggenberg of McRae; several nieces and nephews.
