Chris Wilkerson

Chris Wilkerson, 65, of McRae, died on Friday, May 21st, 2021 in the Dodge County Hospital in Eastman.

Chris worked as a Meat Cutter for BI Lo for many years. He was born in Eastman, Georgia. Chris served in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, L.A. Wilkerson and Juanita Poole Wyatt.

Services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, May 24th, 2021 in the Chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home with interment following in the Zion Hope Cemetery. The Rev. Sonny Harrell will officiate.

The family will receive friends and family from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, May 23rd, 2021 at Lowe's Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Wilkerson of McRae; daughters, Michelle (Larry) Moore of Vidalia, Joni Wilkerson of McRae, Amy (Lamonta) James of Dublin; son, Chris (Donna) Harrelson of Helena; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Kary (Marylyan) Poole of Greenville, South Carolina, Marty Wilkerson of Warner Robins, Jeff (Debbie) Wyatt of Hazlehurst, Andy (Jennifer) Wyatt of Godinsville; sisters, Lajuana (Willis) White of Bryon, Kesha Everett of Macon; sister-in-laws, Ann Sapp of Eastman, Lajoy Killingsworth of Dublin, Dawn (Ox) Marina of Dublin; brother-in-law, Scott Gurien of Eastman; several nieces and nephews also survie.
