Charles Raymond Cook, 66, of Eastman, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2014, at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 30 at the Helena City Cemetery.

The Rev. Daniel Cook will officiate.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday, December 29 at the funeral home.

He was the son of the late Robert L. and Celestia Rogers Cook Sr. and was married to Glenda Young Cook. He had been a truck driver for many years and was of Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife, Glenda Cook of Eastman; son, Brad (Chassidy) Braden of Eastman; daughter, Jaclyn (Angel) Hernandez of Baxley; grandchildren, Cameron Braden, Raylee Braden, Abigail Hernandez and Elijah Hernandez; brothers and sisters, Ruth Reiver of Eastman, Daniel (Connie) Cook of Eastman and Hattie Harris of Chauncey; several nieces and nephews.
