Carolyn Ivey Roberson

Carolyn Roberson, 83, of Jacksonville, GA., passed away on Monday, December 7, 2015, at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sumel "Sim" Roberson and her parents, Rufus and Fleeter Grizzard Ivey.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 9 at Sim Roberson Cemetery.

The Rev. John Conley will officiate.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 8 at the funeral home.

Survivors include 6 children, Kellis (Kay) Roberson of Wrightsville, Clifton (Kathy) Roberson of McRae, Carolyn Merritt of Hawkinsville, Marlon (Janice) Roberson, Bikie Johnson and Jarvis (Sam) Roberson of Jacksonville, GA.; 15 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
