Bill Jones, 87, of Helena, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2016, in Dublin.

Services will be held Wednesday, February 10 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home, Helena. Interment will follow at Sweet Home Baptist Church Cemetery in Dodge County.

The Rev. Joe Elton and the Rev. Jeff Tinsley will officiate.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Lola M. Jones and his parents, John Robert and Flora Mae Beasley Jones.

He was a retired Timber Harvester.

Survivors include 3 children, Steve (Gwen) Jones of Alamo, Janie (Jimmy) Howard of Helena and Mike Jones of Dublin; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Jean Gray of Milan.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 9 at the funeral home.
