Beau Hurston Pitts

Beau Hurston Pitts, of Milan passed away Saturday, August 05, 2023 at the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta-Egleston Hospital. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Gary (Peanut) Smith Jr. and great-grandparents, Rachel Clements, Roy Hurston Pitts and Charles and Mary Helms.

Beau is survived by his parents, Daniel and Lauren Pitts of Milan; sister, Carleigh Pitts; grandparents, Wade Hurston Pitts (Lynn Kight), Kim Pitts and Christy and Daniel Yawn; great-grandparents, Bill Clements, Andrew Harris, Jr. (Kelly Hullett), Susan Waters and Mike and Daphine Smith; aunts and uncles, Rae (Clint) McCranie, Justin (Keely) Pitts, Morgan (Frank) Tomberlin, Zack (Ansley) Rothwell, Dylan Rothwell, Chandler Stuckey, Ashley Yawn and Andrew Yawn; cousins, Addisyn McCranie, John David McCranie, Sam McCranie, Fisher Pitts, Blayke Tomberlin, Linzy Tomberlin, Adilyn Rothwell and Amber Rothwell; special cousins, Brooke (Ben) Stanley; also, numerous other special family members.

Visitation will take place on Friday, August 11, 2023 from 6 P.M. – 8 P.M.at Lowe's Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place at 2 P.M. on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Rhine Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Bay Springs Cemetery. Rev. Ricky Gilmore, Rev. Gary Ryals and Rev. Roswell Chapman will officiate.
