Barbara Elaine Welch Tobias

Barbara Elaine Welch Tobias, 58 of Macon, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023. She is preceded in death by her father, James Demorst Welch.

Survivors include her mother, Barbara Davenport of Helena; sister, Vicki (Dan) Gamble of Macon; niece, Erika Cobey of Macon and nephew, Philip Cobey of Virginia.

Visitation will be held from 6 P.M. – 8 P.M. on Friday, May 26, 2023 at Lowe's Funeral Home. The funeral service will take place at 2 P.M. on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church. Rev. Stanley Stevenson will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Church Cemetery.
