Arthur Campbell, 72, of Glenwood, passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at the McRae Manor Nursing Home in McRae.

He was married to Ruby Gore Campbell and was the son of Alice Holland Campbell Hilliard of Rhine and the late Sam Campbell. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Hilda Campbell Furney, Mae Campbell Finch; 2 brothers, Charles Campbell and Jerry Campbell; granddaughter, Rachel Pittman

He was a member of Rhine Baptist Church and had retired from Everett Dykes Grassing Company in Cochran.

He enjoyed racing and his car was # 43 and #22 and he loved to restore vehicles.

Services will be held 2 P.M. Thursday, November 12 at the Rhine Baptist Church with interment in the Bay Springs Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the funeral home.

The Rev. Bill Jones will officiate.

Survivors include his wife, Ruby Campbell of Glenwood; mother, Alice Hilliard of Rhine; 2 daughters, Pam (Phillip) McLean of Helena and Peggy Foskey of Rhine; 1 stepson, William (Brittney) Durden of Eastman; 2 sisters, Hazel (Jet) Brown and Patricia (Junior) Hilliard both of Rhine; 5 grandchildren, Samantha Burkes, Levi Burkes, Justin Burkes, Casey Pittman and Josie Foskey; 3 step-grandchildren, Brett Durden, Brooklyn Durden, Will Sapp; 4 great-grandchildren, Kendalyn Dollar, Kyler Pittman, Keaton Pittman, Gary Nicely III; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved pet, Sophie.
