Alice Faye Browning Parker, 73, of Helena, Georgia, passed away on May 2, 2026 in Eastman, Georgia. She was born on March 17, 1953, in Glenwood, Georgia, to the late Wiley and Lizzie Browning.

Funeral Services will be held at the Chapel of Lowes Funeral Home on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. with Rev. Michael Widener officiating. Interment will follow at McMillian Cemetery. The family will visit with friends at Lowes Funeral Home on Sunday, May 3, from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Alice devoted much of her working life to serving others as a CNA at Glenwood Nursing Home. In that role, she offered not only care but also compassion, patience, and dignity to the residents she served.

She is survived by her children, Bubber Parker, Jr. (Angie) of Eastman, and Christie Parker Ammons (David) of West Green; grandchildren, Kirsten Lynch, Tristen Morris, Caleb Parker, and Cassie Parker; great-grandchild, Gatlynn Lynch; her brother, Malcolm Browning (Linda) of Dublin; her sister, Joy Clark of Alamo; and several nieces and nephews. Her family was the center of her world, and she treasured every moment spent with those she loved.

Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Bubber Craig Parker, Sr.; her parents, Wiley "Pete" and Lizzie Browning; and her sister, Jan Wilhite.

Alice Faye Parker will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
