Floyd Tribble

Memorial services for Floyd Tribble of McRae, will be held 7:00 p.m. Monday, March 14, 2011 at the Chapel of Lowe's Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. prior to the services in the chapel.

The Pastor Terry Tribble will officiate.

Mr. Tribble, 73, died Sunday, March 6 at his residence. He was the son of the late John Tribble of Telfair County and the late Eunice Miller Tribble of Quincey, Mississippi and and stepson of Avis Tribble Davis of McRae. He was born in Mississippi, but had lived most of his life in Telfair County.

He had retired from McRae Manor Nursing Home as a Maintenance Supervisor.

Survivors include his children, Terry (Delois) Tribble of Mauk, Tracy (Robert) Hulett of McRae, Timothy (Rene) Tribble of Vidalia, Amanda Conner of Byron; twelve grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Pat Tribble Cravey of Alamo, Janice Nell Browning of McRae, Dale T. Selph of Helena, Johnny Tribble of Helena, Freddy Tribble of Alamo, Kay Tribble of McRae, Jerry Fears, Susan Tonic, Shirley Tribble; step-mother, Avis Tribble Davis of McRae; sister-in-law, Geneva Tribble of Augusta.

He was preceded in death by three daughters, Kathy Worthington, Myra Tribble and Heather Tribble.

Lowe's Funeral Home of Helena has charge of the arrangements.
