Avis Tribble Davis

Services for Avis Tribble Davis of Helena will be had at 3:00 p.m. Sunday,

March 11 at Southside Baptist Church in McRae with interment at Oak Grove Cemetery.

The Rev. Terry Tribble and the Rev. Dan Jones will officiate.

Ms. Davis, 85, died March 8, 2012 at McRae Manor Nursing Home. She was the widow of John Tribble and Earl Davis and the daughter of the late Leonard and Viola Miller Faulkner. She was preceded in death by three step-children, Mary Jo Lann, Cecil W. Tribble and Floyd Tribble.

She was a homemaker, and was a member of Southside Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Pat Cravey of Alamo, Janice Tribble Browning of McRae, Dale Tribble (Darrell) Selph of Helena, Johnny (Sandra) Tribble of McRae, Freddy (Sharon) Tribble of Alamo and Kay Tribble Arnold of Helena; twelve grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; son-in-law, George Lann; daughter-in-law, Geneva Tribble; one brother, John Faulkner of Kenosha, Wisconsin; two sisters, Brenda Tucker of Tampa, Fl and Sue Hoots of Mississippi; nieces, nephews and many friends.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, March 10 at the funeral home.
